TriStar® Pump
The residential pool pump that set the industry bar for performance, energy efficiency and value. Advanced fluid dynamic technology optimizes all essential pump elements to deliver superior flow. Revolutionary motor-cooling design delivers quiet operation and extended motor life. TriStar® Energy-Efficient Full-Rate Pump
The Energy-Efficient pump is a real workhorse. Yet it runs 10% - 15% cooler than similar models thanks to the dynamic airflow engineering of its powerful, heavy-duty motor. The motor is desert-rated for ambient temperatures up to 140° F. The advanced fluid dynamic design features a balanced, high-head impeller for optimal water flow, an extra-large-capacity debris basket that needs less-frequent emptying, an easy-seal strainer cover and a corrosion-proof reinforced thermoplastic body for maximum durability and longer life.
TriStar® Standard Efficiency Max-Rate Pump
Technologically advanced, the TriStar Standard Efficiency pump has such high flow rates that many pool owners find they can actually step down to a lower-horsepower, more-energy-efficient motor — without sacrificing performance or dependability. Like the TriStar Energy-Efficient pump, the TriStar Standard Efficiency pump features advanced hydraulic and airflow dynamics, a heavy-duty motor for ambient temperatures up to 122°F, an oversized see-through leaf basket and components made of corrosion-proof reinforced thermoplastic.
TriStar® Waterfall Pump
It’s not easy creating massive water flow without generating excessive noise and energy consumption. But that’s exactly what Hayward’s TriStar Waterfall pumps do best. Heavy-duty, high-output motors make them ideal for waterfalls, spillways and negative-edge applications. What’s more, they run 60% quieter and use 60% less electricity than standard single-speed pumps. So they’re user-friendly and environmentally responsible, too. NOTE: The new TriStar Waterfall pumps are low-head, high-flow pumps. The piping system should be designed so the discharge of the waterfall, spillway or cascade is no more than 10 (ten) feet above the surface of the pool water.
TriStar Energy Solution™ Variable-Speed Pump & Control
Proof that high performance needn’t come at the expense of high efficiency. Advanced hydraulics and six programmable speeds deliver uncompromising water quality and automatically default to low filter speed for superior energy management that can lower energy costs by up to 75%. The wall-mounted control panel – with illuminated “membrane” touchpad for nighttime use – features an easily programmed 24-hour time clock that lets you customize function speed and duration effortlessly. For even greater convenience, they’re compatible with Goldline remote control systems with optional TriStar GL Communicator.
